The email would have been dispatched by the agency that you applied to or that have hired you. The email will have been sent through the Liveforce platform.

Please ensure that you respond to the agency that sent the email and not Liveforce support.

Liveforce solely provides the software for agencies to manage their staff. We do not have control over agency applications, declined or suspended profiles, jobs, job applications, or pay-related issues.

Liveforce does not hire anyone, schedule appointments, or post job advertisements. We only offer technical assistance with the App via our support channel.
