To change your profile picture or avatar go to PROFILE > ACCOUNT DETAILS > YOUR DETAILS.
At the bottom of this form, you'll see 'Profile Photo'. Click the UPLOAD PROFILE PHOTO button and select a new image.
Make sure that you use the correct format PNG or JPG and size 200 x 200px.
