# How do I submit an invoice?

## Crew invoicing overview. How to review and submit an invoice.

#### Invoicing Section

The invoicing section of the platform allows self-employed staff to view and submit invoices for completed jobs. 

Invoices can be found in the INVOICING section of the Crew app.

To view the invoicing page. Go to the menu and click on the INVOICING tab.

If there is no Invoicing tab in your App then it means the agency do not accept invoices through the Liveforce App.

Any self-employed jobs you have completed for **a company that has invoicing switched on** and is ready for an invoice to be submitted will appear here.

### Fees and Expenses

Invoices include separate items for fees and expenses. They can also include multiple jobs in one invoice.

You may have completed two jobs across two different days. And two separate expenses that could all be on one invoice or crew may have a few invoices covering the fees and expenses for the two jobs.

**It's important to note that invoices may need to be submitted separately even for the same job.**

This depends on how the agency organises their payments.

### Review and Submit

All you need to do is review the invoice and submit.
