If you wish to only delete a specific company / agency from your account then follow these instructions:
It is possible to delete agencies you no longer want to work with from your account.
No matter what stage of the application process you are in, or what status you have this button is available.
1. To do this go to App > Profile > select the agency you wish to delete.

2. At the bottom of the agency details is the option to remove the agency. Select this button.

3. Type REMOVE ME and press CONFIRM REMOVAL. Please note this action cannot be undone.
Important! A warning will appear if you have unpaid items outstanding with the agency (as shown below). If this is the case then we recommend that you contact the agency first before you delete.

4. A yellow notification will be displayed saying: Your account has been successfully removed from {Agency Name}.
5. The agency account will be deleted from your Profile page.
This will mean that all information from the agency profile section will be deleted from your account. You will be unable to view that agency in the JOB BOARD page.
If you are signed up to other agencies you will be able to see their JOB BOARD as normal.
If you delete all agencies in your account only your “Account details” section will be available in the Profile page.
My Calendar
All finished jobs (with agency name and logo) will still be displayed in My Calendar > Completed section.
