# I have been sent a link but it's not opening.

## The agency that have hired you to work have sent you a link to a job or an agency document but it's not opening when you click on it.

### Contact the Agency

Contact the agency that sent you the link. If it's a job link then the job may have been removed by the agency. **Liveforce have no control over agency jobs.**

#### Technical issue

If you think it may be a technical issue then trying the following may help.

1\. Copy and paste the link into a browser.

2\. Try clicking the link in a different browser.

3\. Copy and paste the link in an incognito browser.

4\. Highlight the link, right-click with your mouse then select GO to https://thelink-url.com

5\. Try opening the link in another device.

6\. Search Google for 'links not opening in email' and troubleshoot.
