Removing Crew from a Role

Note: When you remove Crew from a Role this does not get logged on their Profile Feedback page. If you’d prefer to have this logged you could consider using the Did Not Show feature instead.

Crew profile - Did Not Show.

Single Day Job

• Select the Role. The popin opens with the confirmed Crew names listed.

• Click on the More button beside the Crews name that you wish to remove.

Removing the Crew

• Select REMOVE from the menu.

The Crew is removed from the Confirmed tab and the Role in the Job board.

Name is removed.

Notifications

•  Close the popin and publish the Job.

A system Job cancellation push notification is sent to Crew via the Crew app.

A system Job cancellation email is sent to the Crew.

Crew can click on the notification in the app and read the cancellation details. The notification is also date and time stamped.

Linked Job

If Admin wants to remove Crew from a Role within a linked Job then the Crew can be removed from all dates or a single date.

Individual Date

• Click on the Role twice to select that individual date.
• Remove the Crew as normal from the pop-in that opens.
