Go to the relevant Job and click on the Role
Role Selection
Click on the CONFIRMED dropdown menu and click on INVITED
Select Invited Tab
On the Invited tab, click the dropdown and select PROVISIONAL INVITE.
Provisional Invite
Find the Crew you wish to Provisionally Invite.
Crew Search
Scroll down and click CONFIRM to Provisionally Invite the Crew.
Confirm Button
Crew who are Provisionally Invited can be confirmed onto a Role by either Booking or Inviting them.
Click the buttons next to their name to either Invite or Book them:
Envelope icon — Invite Crew to Role
Tick icon — Book Crew on Role
Provisional Booking Options
Booking or Inviting Crew who are Provisionally Invited follow the standard steps.
Crew who have date conflicts but were Provisionally Invited will appear in the UNAVAILABLE tab.
Unavailable Tab
Crew will see any Provisional Bookings on their My Cal and Job Board pages in the Crew App. They will remain available for other opportunities until confirmed in the Role.
Crew Job Board
Crew will receive a system notification and an email.
