Invitations
Admin have the ability to invite Crew to a specific profile, even a closed profile.
However, if Profile applications are closed for all Profiles, Crew won’t be able to complete the registration process.
Closed profiles
Admin navigates to Workforce > Recruiting. Adds the email address and selects the Profile type that they want to invite Crew to.
Select profile
Crew receive the invite email and click on the linked button, Join the Team.

Crew completes the registration, when the profile is pre-selected by Admin, Crew do not have the option to choose which profile to join.
Registration
Once they click the next button the invitation opens up in the app for Crew to complete their data in the pre-selected profile that Admin has chosen for them.
