Time Zones
Each Board can have a different time zone. Helpful for managing projects across different countries or states.
To select a new time zone, navigate to the Board and click on the title.
Please note that time zones can only be changed on Boards with no Jobs.

Select the time zone that you want the Board to use from the Board time zone section in the popin. In this case we select (+04) Dubai.

With Crew, any Job start and end times will be relative to the time zone selected in their app. In this case the Job was created in the Dubai time zone by Admin but Crew have the Riyadh time zone selected.

The Job starts at 8am Dubai time but the Crew have set the time zone to Riyadh which is one hour behind. So the Job start and end times adjust to display the time zone set in the Crews app.

By default the Crews time zone will be set to the time zone set on their devices. If this time zone is different from the time zone set in the Crew app then they will be asked if they want to switch.

Notifications from the system to Crew will be relative and labelled to the time zone Crew have set in their apps.

Booked Crew
If Crew are booked on a Job, and they have a different timezone in their app, that is different to the board timezone that the job was created in, then they will receive message warnings in their app, that the times are in a different time zone.

To see the correct start and end times, they should set the timezone to the Board time zone that the job was created in.
