Invalidate Responses

The Invalidate responses feature can be used by Admin when they make changes to Profile Data. They can decide whether they want to publish these changes to their current Workforce and Applicants or new Applicants only.

To demonstrate the Invalidate responses feature in action, we will use the scenario where Admin wants to update a Profile and publish the Data for all to complete.

Navigate to the selected Profile and the Data page.
