Invalidate responses
Admin can decide whether they want to publish these changes to their current Workforce and Applicants or new Applicants only.
Invalidate Responses
The Invalidate responses feature can be used by Admin when they make changes to Profile Data. They can decide whether they want to publish these changes to their current Workforce and Applicants or new Applicants only.
To demonstrate the Invalidate responses feature in action, we will use the scenario where Admin wants to update a Profile and publish the Data for all to complete.
Navigate to the selected Profile and the Data page.
Data tab
Admin navigates to the Section they want to edit and updates the Data.
Editing data type
By default, Invalidate responses is turned off. In the OFF toggle state, only Crew who have not signed the agreement will have to sign the updated agreement.
Toggle off
In this scenario, Admin wants all Crew to sign the updated agreement so they toggle Invalidate responses to the ON position.
Toggle on
Admin when finished will publish the changes which in this case makes the agreement visible to both Crew and Admin.
Changes published
All current Crew will see a message in their apps to complete their profile to apply for Jobs.
''Complete your profile' message
The INCOMPLETE Section will appear in the Crew Profile page in their app.

Final Step
As a final step, when this feature is turned on, we recommend sending all relevant Crew an email about the changes, and ask them to review and update their Profiles.
