Editing a Multiple Day Job

Within A Selected Range, Users Can Edit Start And End Times, Fees, Locations, Roles, Role Numbers, And Role Descriptions —Either Individually Or In Bulk.

When a user clicks on the top bar of a Multiple Day Job, all Jobs are selected, and the edit menu becomes active.

Individual Job Selections

Clicking on an individual Job means you're editing that one job. Alternatively, if you select multiple dates you're editing all selected Jobs.

Within a selected range, users can edit start and end times, fees, locations, roles, role numbers, and role descriptions—either individually or in bulk. In this example, three dates are edited within a single Multi Day Job. A new Supervisor role has been added and crew assigned. On the final day, Hostess and Staff roles have been adjusted.

Deleting a Date

To delete a date, users select the specific Job and click the delete icon. After confirming the correct date, they publish the change to remove the Job.

To undo any changes and revert to the last published version, they simply click the Revert button.

To delete a Role on a specific date, users select the Role in the Job details pop-in, click the Shift tab, and choose 'Delete Role.'

In this case the user deleted the Supervisor Role from one of the dates.

To add a new date to the Job, a user selects an existing Job, copies it, and pastes it into one or more new dates.
