Company Pages allow Admins to add and manage company information visible to Crew in the Crew App.

Company information is added under Company Pages, which can include contact details, website links, and other useful resources. Admins can also create entirely new pages.

Company Default Pages

Companies are encouraged to add their CONTACT DETAILS and WEBSITE address to the default Company Pages. This ensures that their Workforce can easily access support and key company information through the Crew App.

By default, two pages appear: Contact Us and Company Website. These pages cannot be deleted, but they can be edited to include the most up-to-date information.

The order of display can be adjusted by dragging the three horizontal bars next to each page title, making it easy to prioritise which information is shown first.

Re-ordering

To edit Company Contact details, Admins hover over the page title and click into the page. Here, they can set the language, page title, content, featured image, support email, website, and company phone number. Once complete, click Save.

SAVE changes

The website page is edited in the same way. Admins add the language, page title, and website address. When saved, Crew who click this page in the App are taken directly to the company’s website.

Custom Company Pages

Companies can also create custom pages to share additional information with their Workforce.

To add a new page, navigate back to the Company Pages list and click Add New Page

Next, select the language for the page and enter a title. In this example, a Frequently Asked Questions page is being created.

If the content exists externally, Admins can add a web link so that Crew who click the page in the App are redirected to that external site. They can also set which Crew Statuses are allowed to view the page.

In this case, a company page is created instead. Content is added directly, along with an image, and visibility is limited to Active Crew only.

Admins can adjust which Crew Statuses can view the page, review the information, and then save it. Unlike the default pages, these custom Company Pages can be deleted if needed.

The order of appearance can be changed again by dragging the bars beside each page title. Admins also double-check visibility settings.

When Crew log into their App and navigate to the Account page, they see the Company Pages listed in the chosen order.
