Admins can close applications to individual Profiles or all Profiles. If applications are closed, Crew can still be invited to a Profile but Crew cannot switch to the closed Profile.
Admins navigate to Settings > Profiles and click on the Profile they want to close.
Under the Section titled Application Status there is a toggle button which if Admin wants to close the application to a profile then they click the toggle to the OFF position then scroll down the page and click the SAVE button to save the change.

When an application is closed, people will not be able to select the profile at registration.
If all Profiles are closed then when people try to sign up they will see a notice telling them that all applications are closed for the company.
