Admin Management

This video/article explains how you can invite new Admins, manage existing Admins and view permission levels.

Admin Management

As an Admin with Owner permissions, you'll have access to the Admin App settings. This is where you can invite and manage other Admins.

Navigate to PLATFORM SETTINGS>APP SETTINGS.

By default this table is set so that you view the ACTIVE Admins only.

Search Filters

You can search for Admins by Name or Email and filter by Status or Type.

As an Owner, you can change the Role of other Admins.

Owners can also change permissions and access settings for Managers and Staff Admins.

Invite New Admin

To invite a new Admin, click the ‘INVITE NEW ADMIN’ button.

Enter their email address and select the permission level you want to give them from the dropdown.

Here is a quick reminder of the Admin permissions.

Press the SEND INVITE button. The new Admin will appear as INVITED on the Admin page.

The new Admin will receive the email invitation and click the COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE button.

Registration

This will take them to a Registration Form, where they will fill out their details to register as an Admin.

Once registered, they will appear in the list of active Admins and will be able to access the Admin App.

Deleting Admins

Admins can also be deleted from this page. They will need to be re-invited and complete the registration process to regain access.

Owners

Owners have the authority to establish access levels for designated Admins holding Manager or Staff permission levels.

They can customise data access or grant additional permissions, such as enabling select Managers to manage Payment reports.

Furthermore, Owners can choose to conceal contact information from the Workforce and Status pages, disable export buttons, or permit bulk downloading of Crew documents from the Status page.
