This Helps You Quickly Find Crew Who Meet The Skills, Experience, Or Other Requirements Needed.   ### **Adding Requirements to a Role ** When creating or editing a Role, open the **Role Details** tab. ![](https://help.liveforce.co/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-1.png?width=670&height=362&name=undefined-1.png) *Role Details tab* Click **ADD REQUIREMENTS.** **![](https://help.liveforce.co/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-2.png?width=670&height=307&name=undefined-2.png)** *Add Requirements button* From the first dropdown, select the Requirement Type (Skills, Tags, Labels, Data Types etc.). ![](https://help.liveforce.co/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-3.png?width=670&height=298&name=undefined-3.png) *Add Requirements drop down menu* Published Data Types are also available in this dropdown. Selecting a Data Type allows you to match Crew based on information stored in their Profile.
