Set your unavailability

In MY CALENDAR there is the opportunity to set your unavailability by selecting

SET UNAVAILABILITY

You can specify a few hours, a whole day or a set period.  Make sure you select ADD UNAVAILABLE

How to cancel unavailability

You can then remove your unavaiability if your plans change.

  1. Go to MY CALENDAR 
  2. Go to the date in calendar you have set as unavailable
  3. Select X to remove it (you will now appear as available for this time period)
